Knight in Shining Armor

Ok, so his armor could use a bit of polishing. And it's a bit dented. But I'll keep him anyway!

And his horse is pretty awesome too.

Hubby is off doing jousting things this weekend for a friend's 50th birthday. I hope he has a great time! Paddy, Taran and I will be home practicing our dressagzes moves, and eating chocolate cake. What are your horsey plans for the weekend?

    1. Seconded. Jealousy abounds.

I will ride both my ponies, one fat and one thin, and mostly school dressage. If I am lucky, Megan will come up and play with my puppies and give me some informal coaching on the bucking beastie.

    2. Oooh, I hope you have fun in your indoor! I'd be jealous but the weather here is damn near perfect so there's that.

Nicole, be careful of Megan around your puppies. I hear she wants to put one in her pocket or something...

  6. Aw! Love that photo!

My weekend looks like lots of riding (maybe some short two-a-days to try to catch up?) and re-clipping my hairy beast. Temps are forcast up to 60*, and he is going to sweat his ass off.

    1. Horsey husbands can be a bit expensive and high maintenance, but they're worth it!!

I've got plans this weekend of pulling manes and practicing our dressage and jumping skills. Also, lots of netflix :)

    1. Chocolate cake recipe will be available Monday.

If you're doing manes, can you come to my house and do paddy's? It's gotten a bit out of hand.

  13. Awesome photos. It's going to rain all weekend, so I think my horsey plans involve cleaning tack on my couch while watching netflix.
