We take naptime VERY seriously here

We keep a very strict schedule here at Wyvern Oakes. Every day around noon, the boys take a nap.

Herro! You are interrupting naptime, human.

Taran guards the nappers (they switch after about 30 minutes, with Brego and Paddy guarding while Taran has a snooze).

I was sleeping, you know.

Three in a row.

Does this camera angle make my butt look big?

Does your horse have a napping schedule?

  2. Mine takes an hour and a half long nap at 10:30 and then sometimes another one in the afternoon sun if he wasn't productive enough in the first one. So spoiled. Your guys look so cute all curled up!

  3. That is adorable! Love the dapples on them, fab sign of healthy horses ☺
Kika has a nap in the morning, it often happens that I have to prod her up to turn them out when I get there at midday. I rarely catch N lying down, although I did last week and missed out on snapping a pic as she was up by the time i cam back with my phone. D'oh

    1. Brego and Paddy are having a contest for the most dapples, I think.

  5. Pig is out with a big group. In the summer they all nap in the early morning hours. In the winter, it's more scattered. They nap hard when and if the death ray shows up ... http://weknowmemes.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/doggy-death-ray.jpeg

  6. Val can often be found napping as the sun rises. Post breakfast snoozle comes next. Best case scenario, some mid-afternoon beauty sleep will also be in order. ;D

    1. Napping is important as your mare clearly knows! And Red and Cash are still here, just not in the picture, as they go out in a separate section.

  9. I have not caught my horse napping, I catch most others, Brego looks like the biggest most bestest stuffed animal lying down.
